Who We Are
We founded the Butze Land Company as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land. Honesty and Integrity are cornerstones that Marvin Butze started and we have since built our business on. Now on the third generation with Nick Butze procuring all types of land in all 50 states of America it has proven to be effective. We pride ourself in being fair and finding a deal that works for everyone.
Many of the lots and land we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.
The Butze Land Company is based in Minnesota, however, we are currently buying properties throughout all 50 States.

At the end of the day, our mission is to help put vacant land into peoples’ hands who are able to use them for their best and highest use. Hunting, Fishing, Camping or even building their “off-grid” get away.
